Chronic Pain Management

Get your body back on track, make easy to practice life style changes and implement them permanently into your life.
Your program starts with an Initial Health Assessment, followed by healthy eating diet plan as well as individually chosen exercises and stretches. Learn calming breathing techniques, get rid of inner saboteurs, unhealthy beliefs and review your values about your health and life in general. During this program you also receive three relaxing massages, progress reports and a final health assessment.
